Configuration of the Dispatcher

The dispatcher has got some configuration options, too.

On one hand, you can supply options in the dispatcher start script - see comments in run_dispatcher.cmd or run_dispatcher.sh, respectively.

On the other hand, there are some configuration files which are evaluated during dispatcher startup, and two log files, which are filled from the dispatcher during operation.
