How these pages are created

As mentioned before, friendlyGIS® works with modern technology, for example, XML.

The pages you are currently looking at, are entirely written in XML and are created from exactly two files. This offers several advantages, like

Easy maintenance - this is the only way to handle a complex homepage with little effort.
Uniform look - due to the automated generation of the pages, it is possible to give them a uniform look, generate the contents section and so on...
Slimness - did you ever wait yawning while pages were loading which had been generated by one of the "build your homepage" tools? Probably, yes. The friendlyGIS® pages can be viewed quickly on nearly every browser (as long as it handles tables).
