Payment methods

Credit card payment

Credit card payment is only useful for overseas sales. Since this has not yet happened, we provide it upon request.

Simply send us an order, we will provide you with an immediate short-term license, then organise payment, and at last send you the long term license.

Since SW-Lookup® is not a volume seller software, we choose not to set up expensive credit card payment yet.

Payment by invoice

Inside Europe, payment by money transfer after receiving the invoice is the most simple. This payment is done as follows:

1. You download and install the demo version. Please be sure to install the dispatcher on the machine which is intended to host the dispatcher in production use.
2. You write down the serial number, which the dispatcher shows on startup (or when you choose "Show serial number" in the "licenses" menu).
3. You order the licence, preferably by email, amd provide the serial number, your address and the payment method "by invoice".
4. We deliver your licence by email - this is one single file - which you copy to the dispatcher's installation directory (the one which contains the run_dispatcher.cmd). At the same time, we send you the invoice by the way you have chosen (email, mail or fax). The licence expires after 4 weeks.
5. After we receive your payment, we deliver the one-year licence or unlimited licence without further notice.
6. Soon enough before your licence expires, we will send you an invoice every year, and send you the new licence after we received the payment. If you wish to drop SW-Lookup®, please send us a notice.
