Principles
My success in the past ten years are due to my clients, therefor you. I hope it has been a win for both sides!
Certainly, I do not have any magic at my command, but I always try to follow these principles:

- Reliability and adherence to schedules - as long as there are realistic surrounding conditions, and no political ones

- Intuition when familiarizing with the client's point of view - I have studied supply engineering, so I know about the client's business as well

- Circumspection during development - based on more than 20 years of experience with all scales and types of IT projects from "compiled basic" and X86-assembler up to Magik, Java and C# (.NET)

- Keep an independent mind - while finding a solution, weigh the different approaches and find the right path between simplicity and sophistication. Communicate problems as soon as they appear and not if they are no longer to hide.

- Connect realism with visions

Should you have made other experiences with me, I am always open for constructive criticism - I do not want to get professionally blinkered.
However, I tend to speak frankly - most often people will see when something feels wrong for me. No rose without a thorn.
